Final Fantasy being in one of the surveys
This has always been in my mind ever since the All Kill survey came out after the chapter awhile ago. In the license category's on who you would like to see for the video game section they had Final Fantasy in there and it made me wonder would we actually get a villain from that franchise as a killer?
I don't know who it would be cause I've not played a FF game but I do know Sepiroth and I wouldn't mind seeing him in the game as a killer I don't know how he'd work but, I'd like it. Though probably some Survivor players wouldn't cause of his giant sword.

Could be cool but FF has never struck me as horror. I think they had to put a lot of stuff there just so it doesn't make it obvious what future licenses might be

As badass as this would be, it would be the same problem as Darth Vader
they'd have to nerf the ever living ######### out of him to make him balanced

Yeah nah. We can't just go adding villains of every genre into this game. This isn't the type of game for any FF villain. This isn't a fantasy game. It's a "horror" game. Horror in context of the characters involved. Not actually horror, that would require an entire redesign of the game sadly, because it would be so cool.

A One Winged Angel chase music would be great to listen to it could start from a distance the starting beat of it than in chase the quire starts singing

the remake's one-winged angel would work wonders as the chase music, but i think having a distorted version of the OG from 1997 would be nice too
i'd also love j.e.n.o.v.a to be the menu screen music LMFAO

Sephiroth, and FFVII as a whole, are some of the most overrated things to have ever existed. It's not even that they're crap. They're just not the GODLIKE things that people make them out to be (no pun intended).
I played the Final Fantasy series for years. FFIV and VI are among my favorite games of all time. All the same I don't want that series having anything to do with DBD whatsoever. Two wildly different franchises (hell, modern FF barely even resembles its own origins), two wildly different fanbases. Five Nights at Freddy's makes more sense and everyone has seen how well that's gone.

Sephiroth would be a poor choice for a killer in this game. Even FNAF is a better option.

I would like a bit of detail when in his Mori he'd say shall I give you despair or I will never be a memory and than in his endgame results if you get a merciless it would play the end of the song and both sides would hear it.

The only thing I could see making it into DBD from FF would possibly be the Mako monsters. But I suppose there's some overlap there with Resident Evil.
