ps5 trophies! Help!

i switched to ps5 dbd version and lost all trophies! let me explain: it is as if they were 2 separate games! it happened to someone! I was missing 2 to platinum it!

    The PS5 version is indeed considered a separate version with a separate trophy list, and there's no "auto unlock" for your PS4 trophies.

    If you want to complete your platinum, you'd have to install the PS4 version as well and get the last two trophies playing that one.

    Yeah, it basically disincentivizes player choice and upgrading if you’ve already played on another system. Many other games have figured out how to make stats/trophies cross platform.

    I know it's a horrible thing the only way to get them back is to download the game in the PS4 version, but the game will be a little different it will be like you would play on PS4 PRO. Hope like some games they will do trophy retrieval

    Still waiting for any update from them on this. Or at least confirmation that they will not add this in the future so I can move on.

    Put on your PS4 upload trophies to the PSN cloud, they will still show as PS4 version but not PS5 as you need to get them again for the different version. Not hard actually I am nearly 50% done already again. Trophies are pointless.
