It’s time to let us opt out of playing against Spirits
They’ve had years to make her more balanced and fun, and have done next to nothing. I’m tired of loading into a match, only to go against someone who has 10 hours in the game, because they’re playing a killer that takes zero skill. It’s just easy mode, which should not be in a competitive game.
Let us have fun please, instead of forcing us to go against this garbage!

The day BHVR let's people opt out of specific matches is the day half the killer roster and SWF never find matches.

You must be high up in the MMR rankings, then. The devs turned this into a competitive game, you'll now face the competitive killers. Namely, the same three over and over and over again.

If you're losing against someone with 10 hours in the game, the problem isn't the killer.

If you like her for her gameplay then I genuinely don’t know what to say! I got bored of her after 2 games, she’s only there for people who can’t be bothered learning a killer.

Is there a problem with liking her gameplay? I play many other killers as well and I love Spirit the most so why is it such an issue to you?

I like going against Spirit. It presents a type of challenge that no other killer does.
And besides, you need to think about the people that play her. Many players like Spirit, myself included, and that would not be fair for them.

Quite frankly, I have no sympathy for spirit players when 99% of them play because of how easy/strong she is. It’s toxic for the meta.

Not really, both extremely easy to use, you can be as toxic as you like with no counter/punishment. Exactly the same. Except one got nerfed instantly and the other one was left because the devs are obsessed with spirit given how half the anniversary quotes were about her.

I never lost to anyone with 10 hours in the game, not even when old MoM was around. Try again.

Playing a killer to get a free win, run back to every hook, exploit broken add ons, etc is absolutely toxic.

Probably more than you. At least I don't try to make a point on a discussion forum saying I'm losing to someone with 10 hours in the game and that a killer takes no skill. Would be nice to see you streaming 10 games with her.

I’m not gonna lie, I hope Spirit gets changed in some way to make her more fair for everyone. I will still play her no matter what they do to her. People like you though make me reconsider that thought.

I’m a horrible killer, straight up openly admit it and can still get 3/4k in 95% of matches with her. Nothing fun about it.

Run Iron Will (which you probably already do). Lucky Break also helps, especially if you use that with IW and a fast medkit.
Unlike the sound bug which nerfed Spirit hard and she couldn’t do anything about it, survivors have ways to counter her.

Actually I can play most of them for a console player (need to practice nurse) i actually main spirit and myers. I personally have no problem playing against her and I'm not a good survivor by any means I just don't hold shift w the whole time against her and make her guess as well.

Otzdarva might believe that The Spirit is one of the most powerful killers, or that there are certain mechanics in her kit or add-ons that could stand to be changed -- but I could probably guess that he'd think your suggestion to be able to opt out of matches with things you don't like is absolutely a ridiculous one, so you might not want to keep throwing his name around in an attempt to give your ludicrous suggestion credibility.
(And for the record, as survivor, I don't mind facing Spirits because I know they'll be a challenge, and when I/we escape, it's satisfying, and I rarely play Spirit when I play killer).
