Thankfully the most annoying killers to face (minus spirit) are also annoying to play. Twins, Hag, Nurse, Billy

Twins, Billy, and Trickster are the ones I never see. I’m fine about the first and last, but the lack of Billy players just hurts…he was so fun to go against before his nerf, now it’s a very rare treat to find them at all.

It's likely plague. A lot of people have posted their data as survivor here and plague always seems to be the least encountered. I've played killer mostly, but in my 600 hours i have only seen one plague.

In my experience it would probably be either Hag, Twins or Billy. Sadly, I see more Nurses than those three combined... typically with Agitation, Starstruck and Distressing... 😶

The Twins are absolutely vacant from my experience in this game. I'm unsure when they even appeared last, which is a damn shame because they are actually a decent killer with a lot of options as to how to play them. Plus, although Victor is quite laughable as an actual character, Charlotte is actually quite the menancing presence!

Before MMR i saw Plague few times on ranks 12-10, and never saw her once I hit red ranks. So i assume Plague is one of the rarest killers in higher ranks.
Didn't saw her after MMR either. So my top 3 rarest killers are:

By substantial margin, Twins. Followed by Hag and then Demo/Clown tied in third. Though I have to admit I haven’t played much survivor since SBMM due to simple lack of time/energy.
Very surprised to see Nurse mentioned here. I’ve had several Nurse streaks in the last few weeks. She’s slightly less common than Huntress for me right now.

I don't know the official stats however since this rank reset the only killer I haven't gone against yet is the Hag, alot of Blights and Wraiths though
