in Bug Reporting

Today I've interrupted some survivors cleansing totems, but my counter for this achievement is still on 1/10.

Tried to find some information about this bug, but couldn't found something about that.

    Yup, it is bugged, but only for grabs. It counts achievement progress only when you injures survivor with your weapon.

    I got the achievement yesterday, just don't use grabs and you'll be fine.
