Pallet drops
Ok is it me or?
why is it when i hit a survivor just as there dropping a pallet they make the pain noise but it does not count? I don't remember it doing this before it used to hurt them didn't it?

If the stun happens on hte server before the hit, the server now rejects the hits.
If the hit happens before the stun on the server, then it goes through.
The better your ping, the less likely for your hits to be rejected. The better the survivors ping the less likely the survivor is to get hit through pallets.

My ping is always good and I still experience this as killer.
It looks weird tbh and throws me off.

Yes it will happen even on good ping, zero latency is impossible.

just new hit validation, kinda sucks to think you hit somebody and it robs you.

Well its even worse if youre leatherface and you chainsaw somebody but wait ... no you didnt. Old pallets were better but i believe issue was since all kill chapter came out and pallets were bugged. However what i dont get is how can "reverse pallet stun" reject hit if you clearly hit survivor before hitting pallet with your face.

It sound like win-win for survivor cause pallet in both situations dropped.

From my observations, somehow the survivor's ping is invovled too. I always check the survivor's ping during the stun animation, and 9/10 times they have above 150ms, when it happens. Kinda sus, if you ask me.
