When controlling Charlotte, what is Victor's base Shriek (terror) radius to trigger Killer Instinct?

A reddit post dated a year ago stated that it was 10 meters by default, and can be increased with addons.

Was wondering if this number is correct. I checked the wiki but it doesn't state the actually distance.

    12m when idle, 14m when attached to a survivor. It goes up to 18m when you control Victor.

    I don't think you've made much of an effort then, cause the wiki tells you the distances in the infobox at the top of the twins article.
