How would you feel if there was a survivor perk that...
Whenever the killer breaks a pallet, wall or generator the survivor leaves no scratch marks for 3 seconds. I think it would be like alert and have no cooldown.
Would it be good, bad, overpowered or fine?

gen sure, but for pallet and without cooldown? That would be hell to face on indoor maps.

Because it wouldn't do the same thing as Alert?
Alert is an info perk, you use it when you're not currently being chased by the killer.
This perk would obviously find it's use in dropping pallets in a chase, or when you get chased off a gen for the killer to kick it. If the killer stops to break something instead of making a bee-line straight to you, then you get a small opportunity to escape.
Just because it shares a similar condition doesn't mean it's anything like Alert. That's like saying why not make Deja Vu, Dark Sense, Poised and Detectives Hunch all the same perk, just because they all trigger when a generator is repaired.

Unfortunately, every Survivor they release is going to come with three perks, and they will release at least four Survivors each year.
Those perks have to be something.
