What are your best gen rushing builds? (To finish this rift)

I want quick survivor games and I have some keys to use.

Prove thyself, resilience, stakeout can be helpful

Better Together, Prove Thyself, Fast Track, and Resilience with a commodious toolbox and extra charges is what I personally run for a dirty gen rush. I'm sure there are better builds than this one but I've ran this one for a while.

Stake Out, Self Care, Botany Knowledge, Borrowed Time.

You may look at that and be like, what? Why? Well, the less time you spend healing and unhooking teammates the more time you have to do gens, and Stake Out gives you great skill checks and lets you know if the killer is nearby. You could replace Botany with Soul Guard but eh. That's a personal call.

Pressing M1 with whatever perks and tools you like and understanding survivors don't genrush by just doing their task with what's allotted them. Just do your task, prioritize a fast/safe heal like Heartbound says (Botany Knowledge ftw), and acknowledge you've been blessed with 1.5 tasks versus killers with 2.5 - with .5 devoted to bones.

You get XP for time spent in a match. 10 minutes is the sweet spot (I think). Any more time than that and you're not earning XP. Less time and you're actually being inefficient due to time spent in queues waiting for each match.

If we're talking true genrush I'm gonna ditch the key for a Commodus Toolbox with wire spool+scraps and run built to last, streetwise, prove thyself, Also if you can get more than one person to run this you can pop gens in 20 seconds and that's just with one other survivor and the toolbox will last through 2-3 gens of use , alot of people don't understand how op toolboxes still are when everyone runs that sort of thing, everyone running streetwise+built to last with a toolbox is broken AF

Thanks everyone for all the builds☺...I only mentioned keys because it cuts the game down significantly if survivors are killed and quick hatch escapes lead to the next game.

If you're solo I'd suggest Better Together or Blast Mine alongside Prove Thyself.

Prove thyself, Resilience, Stake out, Fast track. Fun build to run actually. Swapping prove out with Spine chill works to and is more optimal for solo gens.

    You get xp by

    -challenges

    -game length (capped at 10)

-emblems earn (very small xp amount, believe its 30-40xp for iri)

Gen rushing will stop you getting max possible XP for a match, it will also hinder your BP

Prove thyself, resilience, this is not happening, BNP.

Mine cannot allow a key, unless you find one in a chest. Mine is Built to Last, Streetwise, and 2 other perks of your choosing in combination with Commodius Toolbox and both charge add-ons. Huge boost on gens for the team if you can get that toolbox into those gens. Your chances of escaping go way up.

No Key: Built To Last, Streetwise, Prove Thyself, Fast Track. Commodius Toolbox w/ BNP/charges

With key: Spine Chill, Resilience, Prove Thyself, Adrenaline. Slam gens, don't heal.

Fast Track, Prove Thyself, Resilience, Stake Out / Spine Chill / Iron Will

If you are taking a toolbox Built To Last and/or Streetwise

Because escaping is what many survivors consider the win condition, and gen rushing is the most efficient way to achieve that. It's bad for BP and terrible for XP, though. The game tries to encourage players to not focus on gens with its BP and pip systems, but the devs underestimate how many people would rather escape with 10k BP than die with 25k.

  • Build 1: Prove Thyself, Built To Last, Stake Out, Fast Track

Build 2: Prove Thyself, Built To Last, Fast Track, Streetwise (bonus points if you are with friends and stack it)

Build 3: Prove Thyself, Built To Last, Resilience, + one of the others

Items: Engineer's Toolbox + Add-ons: Wire Spool + Socket Swivel and / or replace one of these for the Brand New Part.

Personally, I like running Prove Thyself (I love this perk- makes gen speeds not go so slowly when working with teammates, and gives extra BP.) with Spine Chill and Resilience. (Both perks make gens go quickly, and make vaults feel so, so nice.) For the last perk, I personally like running something like Bite the Bullet with a medkit, or Inner Strength to guarantee heals when needed. (Also helps get you boldness points.) I've found that, at least for me, running Prove Thyself seems to encourage teammates to stick to you like glue anyway, so I personally don't like running perks like Bond to help get value out of it. Good luck!

haven't seen anybody mention it yet, but I like Distortion. This allows you to "safely" use your toolboxes on central generators or just get generator time in general. And you'll always know if you are in danger while on a gen when another survivor is hooked.

Engineer's toolbox with the extra charges or brown with BNP and prove thyself. The rest of gen perks are just marginally better and I think survival perks are better.
