I just hope they remove the “bear traps can no longer be picked up” from the Trapper Bag. It is unnecessary. With how fast gens go, going back to collect set traps is enough of a penalty/waste of time for Trapper. All this will do is make Trapper players locate a three gen, trap the crap out of them and make him as insufferable as a 3 gen doctor.

Remove the downside would make the addon too op, he can easily lock down half a map in 1min. But not able to pick up bring a huge downside (survivors know where your traps are and constantly disarm).
Rethink of it, either pair with other Purple addon (auto reset if trapped) they can simply disarm them. Pair with Blood coil will waste your time reset them, especially an injured goes for disarm. Pair with Iri stone is the only best answer.
I cant think of a better solution.

That carry all traps addon is good, but the downside is hell. Maybe after setting traps down Trapper goes back to holding the base of 2 traps, you could even force this and have it cancel out other bag addons that increase carry limit.

they just made him have 8 Bear Traps by default, when previously he was stuck with a random number between 5 and 7.
only thing i feel like is missing from this is the ability to carry all traps at once (so you're never actually "full" on traps).

Carry all traps is op, but a wrong placement will make you permanently M1 killer, since survivors already know where traps are and disarm.
Feel like the addon allow you to carry all traps (but still start with 2). Would be much better than this.

i feel like that should be basekit.
it would permanently get rid of these annoying scenarios where you want to place a trap down in a slightly different spot than before (so the trap deadzone covers it), but cant do that because you already carry 2, so you have to set one of the ones you hold in hand, pick up the one you want to move, place it down and then repick up the first one again.
it would just make it easier to move your trap setup around, thats not something i'd want to see locked behind being an add on.

I dont think it should be basekit, but at least come at a green / yellow addon with no downside. After all he still able to make a lap around the map and do 3 Gen.
For now I can see they try to make Purple addon a play style changing, which is good. But its often stab the Killer more (like Scratch mirror Myer in open map and waste the addon). Play style changing addon should be dropped to Yellow at least.

I’d rather the bag let’s him start with 4 traps and be able to collect and carry the maximum amount of traps he can have. He will still have to waste time collecting and repositioning the traps.
Locking down the traps is just too much. Maybe they can cap him to carrying 4 traps and have a new affect on his traps, such as giving him undetectable for 15 seconds every time someone steps in or disarms a trap.

Manytimes I cant understand how survivors know all the traps I set (they had no map) even if I set traps on invisible places. Which makes I feel hopeless in the match. Otherwise, many matches had survivors constantly step on traps and won game so fast, this is the reason why I think if he can finish setup all traps under 90sec, he can be op.
The true thing that need some buff that disarming trap should come with risk (as I said, a survivor following you can make you an M1 killer), along with escape trap when injured at least come with Hindered or Deep wound. Not buffing the number of starting traps.

They always put in some stupid hindrances. Why can't the traps be picked up? Like it makes no sense

Maybe the only change they need to do is changing from "Bear traps cannot be picked up" to "Armed bear traps cannot be picked up" so you can at least move a trap that survivors disabled or fell into
