The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

I'm Done...
I've have played Dead by Daylight for years. I bought the game on Steam in 2017.
I've played both killer and survivor, poured many hours and money into the game that I loved. However, it just seems just recently that game mechanics are just being exploited or are just not well thought of.
What am I talking about? What is this guys problem? Is he just a noob complaining?
The end game. I understand it was to stop survivors tea bagging or waiting at the exit to 'troll' the killer. However, I have seen many killers pick up the survivor, and drop them about 100m away from the exit, making them crawl for the killers 'amusement'. To which, the survivor just dies.
Wiggling. There isn't any point. 1 / 10 yes, a save works. However, survivors are mostly spread out or can't save at all.
Slugging. If any of the survivors haven't got a recovery perk, Killer wins. There is no way out of this. The Killer just has to pick a survivor once at a time, wait for the survivor to get to struggle stage, then pick up the next one.
NOED. I have seen so many games that have reduced the number of survivor from the full 4 to 2 or even 1 getting out.
Last survivor, Killer closed the hatch? There's not much distance between the two doors to get one open. (However, there is a good possibility you can stealth this one so it's not so bad).
Last survivor, crawling on the floor, Killer closed the hatch? Killer wins. This is just a waste of time for the survivor to do anything... Just get something to end the game.
So, some of you are just "Pick the perks and that won't happen' or 'get gud'. How is this going to fix anything above?
Unbreakable only works once, and if you've used it during the trial, gg. Also, if the killer picks you up right away, this perk is useless.
DStrike: Pro Killers will wait this out, easy. Also, the nerf was kind of damming.
No Mither: Really? :/ As iv'e said, you're putting on an handicap on yourself and the killer won't leave you on the ground as they know already what perk you have.
Boil Over: Iron Grip negates the perk all to gather. (Don't know if it's a bug but this perk seems to only work sometimes) shrugs
Flip-Flop: Just no... as I've said, killers will just pick you up giving you nothing.
sighs
So, when I play killer, I just seem to win every game... So I don't really touch Killer that often as it kinda doesn't give me a challenge.
I just don't know what to do anymore or if I even wish to keep playing.
Thanks to anyone who bothers to read this.
From a Loving Fan.

Take a break. Don’t force yourself to play if you don’t enjoy the game.
it is a game after all.
see ya in the fog.

So... what's the problem, exactly? You're too good at killer? Other killers trying to win?

What I'm saying is that the game itself puts Killers in a very power position while playing the game. Most of the game mechanics lean more to the killers favour. Like slugging when no saviour has picked a recovery perk, and all the other things I've listed.

Should the killer NOT be in the power position?

Mirroring what others have said, if you feel like it's time, take that time.
Keep the game open as an option to come back to someday if there's new content you're interested in or you get that spark again, but it's a game that is largely the same and very easy to get tilted in while playing and it's just not worth it sometimes. What is worth it is yourself.

IMO No. I think what it should be is that the killer becomes stronger as the game progresses (Like in Evolve). Again, this is only my opinion.

I think you both are right. I think I'll give it a few weeks or more. Thank you guys for reading tho. :)

It sounds like you're really being bogged down by the toxicity which, at the moment, is on the rise. These things kind of come and go in waves though. It isn't likely to be permanent (I mean, toxicity in general always will be, it's the nature of both online gaming and human beings in general, but the specific degree of toxicity that you're experiencing now likely will not be).
If you're feeling exasperated it's good to take a break. It's always good. Too many people keep pushing when they're frustrated when in fact what they should do is stop and think "am I happier or less happy doing this right now? Is this making my day better or is it making it worse"? And if the answer is the latter, it's a good time to pull back.
You don't have to bail for good. Try not to let the jerks get to you, as difficult as we all know this can sometimes be. The game will still be waiting for you should you decide to come back, which I hope you will. We're not all like those people, and you're definitely not alone in your frustration. Give it some time.
