Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Should've gotten downranked, but didn't. Public match, not private. McMillian map against a huntress. All scores were below 6k. Killer's score was under 17k.

Same thing here. Deranks doesn't seem to exist anymore.
With the SBMM ranks should be irrelevant with the kind of players you're facing.
I can't tell if this is a bug or not. To me it seems like it is intended in a way that you start from rank 20 (ash iv) with the same MMR you had before rank reset, so its harder to reach rank 1. And if you get to rank 1, you get rewarded on the next rank reset.
