Old School Skills Challenge
What's the point of this challenge? Why would you even play huntress then? Like the challenges that made no sense to play a character wrong wasn't good to see, but this challenge straight up tells you to not play huntress while playing huntress?
Nobody want's challenges like these, why were they even considered to be used as a challenge. It's not a challenge, it's literally saying "Play huntress without her power". Which isn't a huntress challenge, just play Legion and that's the same effect. Is no one in the office calling people out on their bad ideas?

Just do what I did- accidentally leave your hatchets at home (double iri add-ons and throw one at the start of the game) and play M1ntress

I used both Iri's, got a down with the one hatchet and then never reloaded all game. It was surprisingly fun and effective, although I was running Monitor and Nurse's, so that helped. Also got Lery's as the map so that worked out in my favor. I think the Soldier's Puttee add-on throws off survivors because they don't expect you to be that fast and it gets you some free hits.

I did exactly that, including the nick name. I had two megheads spamming notifications at the exit gate. Needless to say, they didn't know I had iri head. I figured that was a good moment to show them. I killed them both inside the exit gate; got a 4k.

DBD challenges tend to be pretty miserable. Some are a fun little challenge or something simple that isn't too crazy, but the rest are either bizarre challenges that are a headache to deal with or painfully long grinds. Stun or blind the killer 20 times took me like 3 days to complete lol

I feel you on that 20 stun/blinds challenge. I keep facing the ranged type killers that refuse to break pallets. Heck, they refuse to even go near pallets.

I kept having that problem too. I mainly relied on Blast Mine to help me out there, but got a fair amount of killers with Ruin or NOED who disregarded gens altogether. I had to bully a baby Freddy to get anywhere with it, which I didn't want to do. 😥

Oh no. 😓 I understand though, I had to chain blind the same guy at a pallet multiple times in one game to get to the 12/20 I'm at now. I'm sure he hated me. 😅

The pink add on for huntress that makes you move at 4.6 makes this challenge fun for me.

Head On, DS, Blast Mine (gives both the stun and the blind) they all count. Iron Will is pretty good to ninja at pallets.

I did this first try with a spirit fury + enduring build. Nobody expects that on a huntress

The one that gets me is the "Unhook 10 survivors that unhooked you" challenge.
So basically shake your butt at a killer, get hooked, and hope someone actually does unhook you and that the person who unhooks you actually gets hooked. And then you have to watch out for other survivors unhooking your saviour.
It's such a circumstantial challenge. A piece of garbage.

Well, I mean, Legion has a faster movement speed and no lullaby, plus part of the challenge is discarding your hatchets. It kind of had to be her, or Trickster, I guess.

I did a Beast of prey challenge in an intended way, it was way harder than this one. You need to force yourself to throw the game that much and get survivors who won't understand what you are doing.

I'll be honest, I have not done a single one of these mission things since they came out. Can't be bothered.

I already did it. Easily. You literally get more than double than 10 hits a match with any m1 killer. The whole challenge is literally just "Don't use huntress power till it's too late to keep pressure and a lead on the game". Doing the challenge was easy, extremely easy, it wasn't a challenge it was annoying because I played a killer without it's power which makes 0 sense.

These challenges are just zZzZzZzZz... Making you play the killer the wrong way and on top of that hinder you... Nice!
What's next? As a Trapper, don't set up any trap? OR As Nurse, don't use blinks? Amazing.

Huntresses do that a lot

You're kidding right, I even more often throw a hatch at point blank range just because you start to recover faster. When you make a m1 attack you recover when the animation completes, when you throw a hatchet you recover when the throw hatchet completes, before the hatchet actually hits the survivor.
So a better Huntress would be throwing more hatchets than one throwing a basic attack.
Also a skilled huntress rarely runs out of hatchets. Missing hatchet throws makes you run out of hatchets and force you to m1. A good huntress will down in 1-2 hatchets, down again in 1-2 hatchets, hook, reload, then go to hook / down the survivor trying to make saves.
This challenge doesn't show a Huntresses skill at all. It's just tedious and tells you not to use her power. That's not a challenge.

I legit played with iri head to get rid of my hatchets asap, and also brought the soldier's putee. I used STBFL, pop, BBQ, and sloppy. Miraculously, I somehow managed to get a 4k on the first try.
Then I realized I forgot to activate the required challenge...
I still haven't come back to it.
