I'd maybe say Wraith however most people who complain about him seem to really only have a problem with his all seeing add-on, which I think is justified.

Also isnt wraith on the chopping block as one of the killers getting addons tweaks. Wouldnt be surprised if that gets dunked on.

Tbh it's probably the only add-on of his that I see getting any notable changes. Maybe his windstorm add-ons might get some adjustments seeing as his base cloak speed was increased.

Wraith is probably getting nerf this mid chapter hes getting an addon pass. I saw nurse too so another strong killer will probably get nerf i cant wait to play bully simulator

Spirit has been "rallied" against for 2 years now. You act like she was nerfed out the gate, and that the nerf wasn't needed.

So was DS? This doesn't mean further nerfs aren't needed. Both were nerfed once, both needed another nerf, both got it.

And some would say DS wasn't.
They try it, see how it goes, and make changes if necessary. Literally nobody has played this change yet, so saying it isn't "good" without any experience makes no sense.

Yes. This nerf will kill her high-level play, but it isn't going to affect the average player.
Casual players are not going to look for dust being kicked up nor will they listen for directional phasing sounds. Ergo, this nerf does nothing for 90% of players, who will still clamor for Spirit nerfs.
However, good players WILL look for those things and they will use that knowledge to heavily counter her. This will cause Spirit to stomp new players but be worse against high-level players.
Ultimately, we'll see on Tuesday. The dust and phasing noise could be so insignificant that it doesn't matter.

How do you know this? No one has played with these changes yet. She needed a nerf and this will make her more enjoyable to go against. She'll still be a strong killer as well. It's a good thing for both sides.

Blight, then Nurse. Until there is nothing that can even remotely compete with high MMR survivors.

My money is on Hag.
Her counterplay requires a level of coordination that most groups outside of a SWF just don't have. This puts her at odds with other killers, who, largely can still be beaten just by everyone doing what they usually do.
