Can we add a penalty for disconnecting when offerings show?
A lot of streamers are abusing of this mechanic to avoid playing on maps "they don't like", like RPD.
They see the offering of that map pop up, so they close the game, or remove the ethernet/wifi connection, and they're able to do this multiple times with no problems.
Can we please add a sweet sweet 30 minute penalty for abusing of this mechanic and wasting everybody's time? When I'm playing survivor, I want to put whatever map I want, without the fear of having to waste hours and hours in lobby simulator.
I'm a Pyramid main, and I don't like RPD that much, but geez, GROW UP and adapt instead of ######### just complaining.
Thank god they can't do it when the map has already loaded, because they're gonna eat a 5 minute ban, and the next time it's a sweet sweet 30 minute ban.

Unlucky, their game just crashed during loading when you used RPD/Hawkins/Midwhich offering ... Most important word from previous sentence was "U N L U C K Y".
And you can't prove they alt+f4'ed since streamers would typically say "ohhhh no my game just crashed, this is so saaaaaaad" in this case!
By the way, devs will never add a penalty for the loading crash moment ... deal with it!

Yeah, pretty weird there's no ban penalty for disconnecting during the loading screen. One person is punishing four other people who waited X number of minutes to play the game. This should be changed.

This should be punished because if not people are gonna imitate and start dcing.
And, on the other side, if someone abuses things to "know" which killer it is, and stream snipe and harrass, well in that case that survivor eats, in the worst case, a 1 month ban.

Killer shouldn't be abused and held hostage. I vote for no map offerings at all.

So to fix a map nobody likes (btw I think The Game is much worst, RPD is big but doesn't have so many god pallets, and it's massively good for Wraith) you promote a mechanic that can be abused multiple times?

When a map has a game hostaging bug it gets immediately disabled.
There's no way to hold the killer hostage in a match, literally. Apart from being extremely good at hiding and ratting for minutes and minutes behind rocks, but even that can be dealt with

As long as there are still so many maps that ridiculously heavily favour one side or the other, I believe players should have every right to opt out of a match where someone forces them to play on one.

I would say yes please but man is it unfun to be forced to go to an unfair map. I'm not saying RPD is unfair because I literally played that map like 2-3 times but I'm more talking about going to Haddonfield or Ormond.

I just had a 4 man with a key 2 bnp and a Haddonfield offering. Yeah the 5 min dc is way better than dealing with that bs

just don't do haddenfield offerings. problem solved
