The yellow shards that allow you to buy killers. I'm Spanish and I don't know what their names are in English

I am thinking of stopping playing for 2 months because the game is currently very unbalanced. I have 5000 hours of gameplay and playing as a survivor in high mmr is very boring, sometimes I have no chase and I escape. Only three killers can complicate the game nurse, bligth and spirit, the latter has no counter. The other killers are easy to win. How killer you can only play with these three killers to compete, the other killers you will only get 4 hooks, I want to wait for this to balance out because just doing skill tests and repairing is boring.
