How Things Work: Spirit
Would anyone be so kind as to please explain how Spirit works? Does she make a noise when phasing or not? Because sometimes I hear it and other times not, even in the same game so its not addons. Are there any visual cues? Can she hear footsteps and breathing when phasing? Thanks to anyone who answers.

Right now you can hear the whooshing sound when she’s close abs out of terror radius. You can hear a tiny noise when 20-24 meters away.

Currently, if you're in her TR, you dont hear phasing. If you're outside TR, you can hear phasing if she (the player)'s in a certain range to you

She is getting changed in the midchapter though where she has a directional phase sound in terror radius.

Spirit can hear any sounds Survivors produce (depends on how buggy the game decides to be)
Survivors hear a phasing sound when outside of her terror radius, when inside they don't hear anything (this will be changed soon)

You can tell when a Spirit is phasing by looking at her model when she goes into phasing. You know she is near you when you hear the phasing sound before she comes out.

My guy, I'd say take a look at the wiki--it'll explain it better than I will right now, but I'll still try.
Spirit is normally a 110% killer with a relatively small terror radius--this is actually to your favor, as you can tell when she is phasing when you are outside the TR of the husk she leaves behind when using her power. That's when you'll hear that sound. She's supposed to hear footsteps and breathing when phasing, but that's bugged right now, so she doesn't; she can also see scratch marks but not blood while in her power. She will see any physical indications of your passing (footprints in snow and mud, disturbed grass and corn, etc.
Also, fun fact, you can make the husk vanish (along with the TR) by shining a flashlight on it.

When spirit starts phase walking she leaves behind her body which still has a terror radius
Outside of this terror radius survivors can hear that vacuum sound. Inside they don't hear it.
Spirit can hear everything in phase walk like she could normally. She just can't see survivors or blood (without addons)
