Game started crashing unexpectedly

I played the game yesterday, everything was fine. Today I can't load in. It shows the menu where you pick to play for a survivor or killer and where the dailies are shown. And crashes. Does anyone alse experience this today? Is there a good FAQ on this?
(all recent windows updates are installed, drivers are up to date, game files verified.)

Do you get any error message? Tried to verify game-files and maybe reinstalled the game?

No error, game just closes. Tried verifying, reinstalling and all the things from the Master fixes and general guidlines thread.
