I'm glad that perks are getting buffed

Thanks you guys for upgrading perks. The changes are well appreciated. I'm glad that perks are getting buffed, hopefully it encourages more varied builds.

  I'm just happy they buffed niche perks. Hopefully it can get a few to venture of the meta combos. With that hopefully they buff more niche perks in the future, regardless of what role they belong to.
