Spine Chill should be disabled once you're afflicted by Oblivious status effect

This should be added in mid-chapter imho. It makes actually sense for the survivor not to be aware of the killer when they have this effect.

Spine chill is the worst designed perk in the game, because it only works against killers who don't know about it. Once you know you crabwalk everywhere and anyone running spine chill is running a dead perk.

Agreed! All other statuses shut down other perks appropriately, this one bypasses them.

As a solo Q survivor who relies on SC a lot, I actually agree. The perk overwrites everything in this game, which is why it is so strong.

If you just look a little bit to the side Spine Chill won't alert the survivor.
