Stranger Things licensed perks
So according to the patch notes, the perks are getting changed for everyone, including character owners...
but past statements stated that the generic versions will just be for players who don't own them (first is in the FaQ and second is twitter)
I really hope it's just bad wording since, like seen above, it's been stated that the generic versions are for players who do not own the Stranger Things characters.
Could we get some clarification on that?

the new name will only apply to those who didnt bought dlc everyone who bought them before end date will keep normal names, if nothing changed we can see what happend with it

The perks are renamed but the icons are the same on nancy and steve.

I am not sure they have to. I mean, clearly they had a wack contract, but I feel they are just doing this to justify making them generic.

My guess is if they changed the names is because they had to, maybe there was a clause like "if the license is lost you keep the game mechanics of the perk and change everything else about them" maybe that everything covers even the name or maybe not but BHVR prefers to err on the safe side than to risk a lawsuit, which is the smart move imo, legal trouble, especially trademarks/licenses/copyrights, can be crippling for a company.
