Funny Bleached Wraith Cosmetic Bug

For some reason, the body and head anniversary cosmetics for wraith have no textures. he is bleached
i can confirm that this is not one sided, everyone in every match i have played like this has said that it looks bugged.
(Only on the ptb i think?)
