If there would be a new killer into DbD, being it an copy right of original DbD killer. What would his power be? And if you want to, what would his Lore be?


I've wanted to talk about this since it's just Fun to theorise.


Also with the Jason Voorhees and Friday 13th case coming closer to a good end. If he would be added what could his power be?

At this Point a sneaking power or being unstunable for a certain duration is what think he would have.


Also have been wondered if pennywise would be added to the game: what killer power would he have?


In any case. I Think the new original killer could maybe walk through objects (only on same floor) for a short duration. Like idk Danny Phantom style? I Think it would be Fun for survivors trying to loop something like that. Fearing this idea might be to powerfull...

As an extra I would want to add that if the killer walked through you, you become exposed and have a mobility and gen repairing debuff. and have to use a Fontain cleanse yourself (the exact same Fountains as with Plague) only this time the Fountains are reusable after using it and drinking from it wouldn't benefit to the killers power.

For Lore: i was thinking of a Sailor that was throw of a pirate ship with an Anchor, drowning to his death. Coming back to live possesed as a phantom.

    I just want a female killer who can either use ice powers or fire powers. I WANT TO SET THINGS ON FIRE OR FREEZE THEM OKAY?

    That would be cool, the ice one is duable cuz you wouldn't kill ppl instantly since a Fire killer would maybe be unlogical as a killer since if you're on fire your pretty much Dead....

    But would be dope. :)

    Something with lockers. You enter one and teleport to another, gaining a considerable speed boost after exiting the locker you teleported to.

    I want a Which killer, who can cast some nasty spells in chase + has passive spells.

    Or maybe curse some items, like gens. Or create new items, like the cursed chest.

    Or maybe summon some beasts for assistance.

    I want a water based killer who travels around the map using large waves. Either they ride it or they become a part of it. I want their ability to be water based, where they can put pools of water on the ground that will suck in survivors or I want them to be able to knock survivors around with waves, allowing you to control the direction the survivor goes. A secondary ability is to spray water on the floor and freeze it. Anyone, killer or survivor, who run on it, slips and slides very rapidly with no control in the general direction they were going. The mori should be the killer encasing the survivor in a ball of water and drowning them.

    I don't think this is possible, well, as I imagine it anyways, because if the devs tried to implement it, the games code would turn everyones PCs and consoles into nuclear reactors and melt a hole all the way to the center of the earth.

    I want a Werewolf Killer. Switches between a 4.4 M/S stealth form and a 4.8 M/S chase form, with other auxiliary properties to reward usage of both forms.

    The Black thumb

    Killer type: Trap

    Speed: 110%

    Size: Medium

    Realm: Red forest


    BASIC ACTION:

    Press M2 to perform planting action. Takes 2sec.


    Press 2nd ability button to select a type of seed before planting.


    There are 3 types of seed for you to choose.

    THORN SEED:


    After planted, the seed takes 15sec to grow into a plant. Its hard to be seen as Trapper's beartrap. Take 3sec to disarm

    If Killer in 10m close to the Thorn plant. He can activate the Thorn plant, it takes 1sec before spike up, any Survivor in the zone will be damaged.


    NOXIOUS SEED:


    After planted, the seed takes 10sec to grow into Noxious plant. Take 8sec to disarm

    Any Survivor in 4m radius from Noxious plant will get affected similar to Clown's tonic. Though they dont scream.


    TRUNK SEED:


    After planted, the seed takes 30sec to grow into Trunk plant FULLY. Take 24sec to disarm a fully grown Trunk plant.

    After 10sec, Trunk seed grows into level1 Trunk plant, which is Survivor can disarm in 8sec. If you're disarming a level1 Trunk plant and it grows to level2, it adds 8sec more disarming time.


    • The Black thumb has 10 seeds + plants at any given time.
    • If there are 10 plants, Survivors have to disarm a plant so The Black thumb is able to plant again.
    • Only seeds that grown into plant can be disarmed.
    • Killer doesnt get noti when a plant is disarmed.
    • Killer can see aura of grown plants.


    Add-on:

    • Increase number of seeds.
    • Decrease planting time.
    • Increase Noxious plant's gas radius.
    • Decrease Noxious seeds growing time.
    • Increase time to disarm Trunk plant.
    • Decrease Trunk seeds growing time.
    • Iri seed: Now Trunk plant also release gas, Noxious plant disable.
    • Iri seed 2: Seeds instantly growns into Plants. Lose 4 seeds.


    The numbers are there for easy explanation, not means to be balanced.

    The Demoness

    Ability: Demonic corruption

    Place or throw demonic hellfire when survivors get hit or touch the fire they start getting demonically possessed


    Tier 1 possession

    You start seeing shadows and creatures that are not there

    Tier 2

    The creatures and shadows now have a terror radius

    Tier 3

    The creatures and shadows can not hurt you but not down you

    Tier 4

    Creatures and shadows can now down you

    Add-ons will change how they act and what debuffs they can afflict you with as well increase how fast you can get possessed

    To remove possession states a survivor needs to find a Ouija board


    When using a Ouija board you will go back to tier 1 possession but be careful because the demoness can be summoned by the ouija board


    Her Perks

    Hex:Corrupted thoughts

    This hex can only be cleansed and not purified while this hex is in play it takes 4/6/8% longer to do repair, heal, cleanse, purify, open chests, and exit gates.


    Demonic Voice

    The killers terror radius is increased by 4/6/8 meters if a survivor is within your terror radius they will see your terror light coming from the closest window or pallet to them also gives bonus bloodpoints up to 50% in hunting

    Hells Escape

    When a survivor throws a pallet on you they are hit with a status effect depending on their health state

    Healthy becomes oblivious for 40/60/80 seconds

    Demaged get broken for 40/50/60 seconds

    This is what i originally thought legion would be like. You start as frank, with the other member in 4 lockers around the trial, you can swap minds with them and control one of them once you enter a locker, and if a survivor was infront of locker, you could press M2 so the one in the lockers jumps out and attack them, keeping them in place for 10 seconds and either making healthy to injured or injured to deep wounded. Probabaly weak but i think it could be fun

    A radioactive disaster themed killer. A creepy guy in a gasmask who's presence in announced by geiger counter clicking noises.

    His power would be some kind of distance based stalking-type ability where he blast survivors with radiations. The closer he is the more they take. The irradiated status would hinder survivors in a sort of permanent way and he would have to finish the job with good old M1. There would be iodines pills around the map to clear radiations or something.

    So mechanics-wise a weird mish mash of myers/ghostface stalking mechanic, that would cause a more debillitaing sickness than plague, that would make survivor worse in chase, but with only M1 to finish the job.

    I don't much care about lore. Aesthetic and gameplay come first.

    Wendigo from Until Dawn, when using its power the Wendigo moves much faster but can only faintly see survivors unless they move, in which they glow up orange.

    During the power, you can either do a pounce attack similar to a Demogorgon shred, or you can do a screech during it, causing any survivors within 8 meters to scream and reveal their location.

    The power would have a time limit (to prevent the best map pressure in the game) and missing an attack would remove you from your power.

    I'd kill for an Alien chapter. I just want to play as the queen controlling the Xenomorphs or playing as a sneaky Ambush type killer

    I wanted a killer who kinda plays like old Freddy with info/stealth. Also always wanted a banshee killer so here’s my idea

    Power


    Basic stats

    Move speed:4.6 Ms(115%)

    Terror radius: 28M

    Height: Tall

    The banshee can charge her power”Celtic fury” by placing runes. When activated ”Celtic fury” will cause the banshee to become undetectable and increase her mobility. These runes are also a great source of information 


    The banshee starts the trial with 5 runes. She can place these runes any interactable object such as generators, totems or windows when within 32M and having line of sight on the object. If the rune is placed on an object a survivor who begins to use it will scream and reveal their location. Runes take 2 seconds to place and reduce the banshee’s movement speed to 105% when setting them down. These  will charge up the banshee’s main power “Celtic fury”


    The banshee’s power has a cooldown of 180 seconds which begins as the trial starts. This cool downs goes down by 30 seconds every time a survivor interacts with an object cursed by a rune. When activated she will scream. This causes all survivors to scream out revealing their location. This also empowers the banshee.  During this time the banshee gets an action speed increase of 25%(vaulting, breaking pallets, picking up survivors) and becomes undetectable. In addition the banshee can also teleport to any runes she has placed. This takes 2 seconds to activate and will take her 5 seconds to be able to teleport again. Celtic fury last for 45 seconds

    I honestly feel like the twins was their answer to Chucky because Chucky wouldn't be able to carry survivors

    I'd quite like them to take inspiration from Folklore tales or Mythology at this point to be honest.

    The Banshee.

    • Passive - Can phase through breakable doors, walls and objects such as rocks / fences with a 10 second internal cooldown.
    • Ability two (Wailing Song) The Banshee suppresses her heartbeat with a map wide song, the banshee gains a haste effect for 8/9/10 seconds outside of chases. Those hearing the song for more than 1:30 minute become enchanted and must snap out of it to perform interactions again. (Enchanted - Controls are reversed every 10 seconds)
    • Ability 1 ( Shriek) Shriek 10-15 yards in front of you with an AoE line effect, those hit are hit for one health state and rendered unable to hear sound for 15 seconds. Bonus effect, the echo sound bounces off objects and walls for trick shots.
    • Perk 1 - Scourge Hook:Wailing Night: Whenever a survivor is rescued from a scourge hook, the rescuer screams every 5 seconds for 30 seconds, the survivor that was unhooked becomes broken for the same duration.
    • Perk 2 - Hex:Misery - Disturbing a crow with a rushed action will cause that crow to encircle you for 20 seconds. Suffer from periodic status effects during, Disables your ability to heal while encircled by a crow.
    • Perk 3 - Shackle of Death: Any survivor interacting with a Generator in your Terror Radius will cause the Entity to highlight it in yellow, upon leaving the generator, the entity shackles the survivor in place for 3/4/5 seconds until hit or until the effect ends.
    • Can be lightburned

    Kind of similar to what I'd like to see. A "Medusa"-type Killer. If you look in her direction too long you slow down considerably or maybe even stop at times...etc.


    She could release her snakes from her head to do whatever....

    I want a Flying killer like a gargoyle but his big weakness would be flashlights turning him into stone sorta like Manbat
