    Oh dear, I've been able to get into my games but I end up getting kicked telling me I need an internet connection to play....

    Well I hope you're problem gets resolved soon, I've only been able to play 1 full game per day but your situation sounds much worse. I've already contacted support about this so I hope they'll help out

    I contacted support and they fixed my game!!! Have you contacted them yet??? I just described my issue and poof it's gone now my game works perfectly fine.

    I solved it by just emailing support, I'm not sure what they did to fix it but they did something. Your problem might be different but I'm sure they can take care of it too!!!

    No idea, I’ve never heard of this before. Some people above were mentioning a time limit. Maybe it’s a type of ban?

    Some people above contacted support and it helped them. Try that.

    Some people above contacted support and it helped them. Try that.
    I just contacted support, they said it had something to do with my internet and that I should change my NAT type to type 2. That fixed it and I havent had problems since
