Zombies cause Nemesis to overperform
I'm calling it now since it took the Devs 1.5 years to look at the Deafslinger and Pym Head.
The zombies boost so much of the Nemesis.
The zombies are equivalent to the old Hex Ruin. The Killer has no input but massive outcome.
The AMOUNT of times I've been harassed a generator, KILLED the zombie with a very good pallet... only to have that stupid thing respawn and come at me again is R I D I C U L O U S!
And I'm not even discussing the bonus of a zombie camping the hook or chasing a Survivor while the Nemesis is in pursuit as well...
The zombie AI doesn't need to be so smart and really needs to lose interest in a survivor after 10 seconds of LOS. The free hits and free downs they give is completely unfair and should be reworked into Deep Wounds state, which I A B S O L U T E L Y hate as a Survivor.

I hate Deep Wounds... it's so corny and pretty much the reason I hate going against a Deafslinga.

Laughs in Admin Wristband and Mikhail’s Eye since base zombies are terrible

The zombies are just annoying. Not scary or anything.
Deep wound would’ve been enough if you get hit by them. Without the speedboost.

That doesn't address the effect they have on gameplay. Nothing in this game is scary after about 50 hours.

I mean like half the time the damn zombies are usually stuck against a wall somewhere and are beyond useless, but hey pop off I guess.
18 -
They are 65 % of time useless,20% of the time used for tracking,10% a nuisance & 5% good

Stop trying to derail with your corny forum lingo and slang.
The zombies help the Nemesis overperform well more than they should.
EDIT my bad, you were mentioning the zombie add-ons.

I think it'd be cool if there was more ways to kill them. Like wouldn't it be cool if there was a limited gun item? If you tried to shoot nemesis though, it would just bounce off.

I'd like the link to those made-up Killer Main statistics.

Please record and post the footage since that's not at all my experience or many others on Reddit and in my Discord.

Funny of you to accuse someone of made-up statistics when your post itself says Nemesis is overperforming because of zombies with no data besides your own personal experience.

Zombies are only "DECENT" WITH addons with out it they aren't all that useful unless you know what you are doing. Play him and find out.

The zombies are awful without add-ons. If you're getting hit by a zombie when Nemesis has no add-ons for them equipped, well, I wouldn't be looking at the zombies for the reason. The only real exception to that is if the Nemesis is good at herding and forces you towards the zombies in a chase. However, you didn't mention chases at all. You honestly need add-ons or an indoor map to make the zombies somewhat viable.

Bruh...you can literally go on YouTube and find videos of the zombies walking in to rocks and getting stuck on trees.

"Constantly killing" is not accurate, but I will say - maybe once a week when I play survivor I'll be being chased by Nemesis, doing my standard loops as an ad hoc designated runner, only to turn a corner and find a zombie suddenly body blocking what would have otherwise been a perfect getaway. Their hitbox being small doesn't mean they can't fit perfectly in the middle of a doorway or wall break :P
I don't necessarily jive with the intent of the OP, but I do agree that there's some value given to killer players who otherwise aren't up to par.

I honestly can't tell if this post is serious or not. If a zombie isn't stuck on a rock or tree, they are still super slow and can be blinded multiple times and are stunned for long periods. They are extremely weak due to this and their movement speed, as well as their small range. I've never seen someone dumb enough to waste a pallet on a zombie. Just don't do it and leave to area/find something else to do.

Look... I SAID WHAT I SAID. I'm waiting for that Dev with the Pig avatar to come in. He's the one that changed Hex Ruin. Akimbo?

That has gotta be the worst nemesis take i have ever heard. Zombies are like pigs RBT's, there are undeniably rare situations where they massively overperform and give you value. then there are the other 99 situations where they are completely useless and give you absolutely 0 value. Nemesis is not a strong killer, he shreds pallets and has a superior range to other killers but his map pressure is terrible and its impossible to mindgame most loops since hes 11 feet tall. If survivors split up and remember to pick off or blind zombies, hes a relatively simple killer to counter.

You mean the zombies that get stuck, walk into dead zones, struggle to target when more than one survivor is nearby, and are ridiculously slow at base that you can walk away? 🤨

Stop trying to derail with your corny forum lingo and slang.
What @WishIcouldmain said wasn't "corny forum lingo and slang". Those are literally two add-ons that make the zombies somewhat useful.

"I said what I said" doesn't make what you said worthwhile.

Zambes moov 2 faster cnant cruch walk a way.
Plz berf!!!!!!!!!

It's literally AI. Of course the killer has almost no input. Also If you are having trouble with zombies I don't think it's a zombie issue.
1 -
I'd like the link to YOUR made-up statistics about Zombies.
You have nothing to back this up. Zombies are just annoying, but they are not really good second power.
2 -
It's almost like he is not Nemesis main, who would have thought?

Bump.
Sidenote: all the """"opinions""" of the banned profiles should tell you something.

I mean, without the Zombies Nemmy just becomes worse Pyramid Head. Sometimes the Zombies provide value, sometimes they walk into a tree for an entire match.
There's a fair amount of counterplay to them. You can blind them, kite them while another surv works on a gen, or as you mentioned, kill them with a pallet if there's absolutely nothing else you can do. Or, wild idea, you can just leave the gen and do a different one?
IDK what citations you need, zombies are pretty well known to be one of the most inconsistent killer powers in this game, idk what the big issue is. maybe you're just supremely unlucky with your zombies. Sorry I guess?

Or they could just play a few games as Nemesis and see that the zombies are underpowered. They get stuck, they're stupidly slow. The only times I get a zombie hit is because I lured the survivor into it, and even then, over half the time they dodge it.
If I get a zombie hit from across the map, it's always a surprise because those don't happen, except vs survivors with no spacial awareness, apparently

I feel like they should massively buff the zombies, even bringing more of them to the trial, but then giving survivors some weapon so they can kill the zombies
1 -
Yeah, I'm sure your best buddy dev is already working on it. I heard they immediately stopped working on the dead hard rework and removed all movement ability from the zombies. This will put those overperforming killers in their right spot.
Hotfix will be ready tomorrow... LOL

The survivors can already destroy them with pallets, or head on, and blind them with flashlights/flashbangs. No need to give them any more weapons than this, there's already plenty of counters to zombies, on top of the stupidly simple one of just running away and doubling back to lure it away from your generator.
2 -
But I want to buff the zombies, maybe increase the movement speed, put more zombies in the trial, so they can be like a side objective, while still having counter play (they're also a source of info to the killer). Additionally, they could improve Nemesis tentacle, which should be his great strength regardless.
1 -
You really think he'll care about one thread about zombies about being OP? Let alone even notice the thread?
2 -
You've gotta be joking. As a Nemesis mian, it's a ####### miracle to even see them not get stuck on something.
0 -
Yeah they definitely need a buff. Or at least, a fix to make them get stuck less often. Just that would help a ton. They seem to get stuck on hills a lot, but I've seen them stuck on all kinds of terrain.
