Give vigil stagger reduction
So up to 30% stagger reduction with upcoming buff. I doubt it would make it too OP. It would at the very least make it interesting and worth picking

I could see that being more of a thing when it was still 20%, 30% seems too high.
Some other action like entering lockers or slow vaulting 30% faster would be funny to have though

I am pretty sure i said 30% old BL had 75% reduction. Anyways give it 30% reduction test it if its too strong on haddonfield. adjust it. Very simple solution.

You can get almost infinite in White house already, if there is open window next to basement.
But I agree it would be better to use PTB also really just for testing and see feedback, if it is good or not. Right now, there are usually very little changes, so PTB is just for trying to find bugs.
