Unhooking Priority > Item Priority

So, I remember this happening a while back, and since Pinhead, it is happening again;

When you get Franklinsed near a hook, such as taking a hit so you can unhook safely, it makes picking up your item a higher priority than unhooking. I just gave a killer an extra kill just because instead of unhooking during the cooldown, these stupid controls decided that picking up a toolbox with no charges was more important.

Unhooking should be given a priority over picking up actions.
