How does the community feel about Nemesis?
I don't see him talked about often. Is he a solid killer, or does he need to be buffed/nerfed?

Needs some changes to base kit
He's just a joke against good survivors. Survivors have 8 free hits before you start doing damage with yoour tentacle. This is a joke. At least 2 crates should be removed so there is only 2 vaccines on the map or make vaccines dangerous to use like plague fountains.
Or give him rocket launcher

A little strong, could be more balanced
Ok so I read it wrong and can’t change my vote. “Mostly fine” would be a better answer for me.
He’s “a little strong” but not in the sense that he’s overly strong. He’s powerful in the right hands, but certainly not OP..
His main draw is that he’s FUN! No matter which role you play, a Nemesis match is always interesting! He’s strong enough to keep the killers engaged and the survivors on alert. Maybe he’s not S-tier, but I think he and Billy are the gold standard for good killer design. They’re fun. They’re strong enough, but not OP. Everyone seems to respect them!

Mhm. I picked him up recently, and had a lot of fun with him even in my first match. But I don't know why, he just feels like his missing something. Nothing huge, but maybe something to help him pressure survivors a little more. Or it could be I need to get more of a feel for him.

I don't think it needs to be anything that severe. Maybe starting the killer instinct when they go to unlock the crate, or adding one or two more zombies depending on the map. Maybe decrease the amount of mutation you need to tier up the tentacle strike? Something else to note is that he applies the hindered status effect to survivors when he contaminates them, but it's only for a quarter of a second. Paired with the speed boost survivors get when they're hit, that quarter second of hindrance means nothing. If it applied hindrance for longer, maybe after the speed boost ends, that would be way more useful.

Mostly fine, but could use some tweaks
Improve his Zombie AI and adjust the game so a third can spawn.

Honestly, I wish the zombies could be affected by more perks like how Discordance gives them a bit more direction. That could make them more consistent and engaging.

His zombies could use an improvement.
Some maps are very big, I think the amount of zombies should depend on the map.

Only issue about Nemi, his zombies are inconsistent. They are either too strong or completely useless.

Needs a Gatling Gun
I know this is a joke answer but...
God, I'd want him to mow down survivors with heavy weapons

He's fine as he is
He's fine, I see plenty doing well, he gets a lot of very easy hits because of windows, pallets, low walls etc. If he misses, well the pallet breaks anyway. The zombies put a stupid amount of pressure on the map for not needing any interaction. People seem to enjoy the whole "BUT ONE GETS STUCK ONCE EVERY 10 MATCHES, LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE" but from both sides I've seen them be incredibly effective both at stalling and as an unavoidable information tool.
If anything, I'd like to see his add ons get looked at, because having like 90% of his add ons revolve around the zombies sucks for build variety. It's the same as how Pig's add ons focus on the Jigsaw boxes or Demo's focus on the portals instead of the main part of the power you interact with and want to change.

He's fine as he is
Zombie AI definitely needs improvement. Sometimes there are matches where I am against Nemesis and it feels like I am constantly around Zombies. Those are rare, because often they are stuck are actually just standing somewhere doing nothing.
also maybe depending on map size and if it’s Outdoor, add a third zombie.

He's a very solid pick, but as someone said up there he is kinda of dog against good survivors.

His anti-loop is really good, best pallet destroyer in the game. Even better than Billy/Bubba
His zombies on the other hand...They need work. They get stuck so frequently on so many maps

Extra health state is a huge issue. I play a lot of competitive killers so actually going back to play lower tier killers like nemmy is frustrating and makes the whole extra health state issue painfully frustrating. Maybe it wouldn't be as much of an issue if my highest mmr killer wasn't dragging my trappers and nemesis's all the way up to mmr ranks they have no business being played in but hey that the garbage system were stuck with.

I don't really like the pathfinding on the zombies, you can have both zombies running into an object the entire match the entire game..

On a serious note though, some of his addons are dumb, and his base kit needs a buff, overall he's okay

His anti-loop is good with good 4v1 pressure. I have fun with him and think he’s viable. But, there’s nothing about him screaming interesting, original, or too faithful. I think he needs something more from RE to make him feel more like the three things above.

Needs some changes to base kit
It's a damn shame they didn't make him the way some have hoped, but tbh all he really needs at the moment is some changes to his base-kit and maybe changes to his add-ons. I still want the speed boost after contaminating a survivor removed, the devs shouldn't be afraid to try that out in a PTB.

Rework the add-ons this way:
Less vaccines (this is A MUST), more range in his tentacle strike, 1 more zombies, an add-on like making his Tentacle not have CD after he misses or lands a hit.
Now for the zombies: Seriously? The AI is so bad that they get stuck in walls.
The add-ons focusing on them are really good but they can have one more thing not related to add-ons: jump attacks! They game is supposed to be scary isn't?
Oh almost forgot, there is an add-on that do this: "if the zombie sees a survivor he turns yellow". Serisouly? Like WHAT, what was the thought process behind that? You guys could at least give a increase on the movement speed of zombies really high when they see a survivor.
There is one more thing: "zombies get a high increase movement speed after a generator is completed" just... why? What was the thought process behind the decision of this add-on?! Did you guys see how horrible the AI is and how far the zombies spawn? Sometimes they're so far away from any objetives (generator, totem or gate)
The killer side is the only one that offers a huge amount of playstyle techniques and you guys butcher them and lose a huge money potential on new players.

He is fine imo, if I had my way I would ask for a rework but gameplay wise he is just..ok

He's not weak but does need one big change. Fix his zombie AI. Outside of that he isn't really faithful to Nemesis but that's not balance.
