If it now works on damage states that will probably mean Feral Frenzying a injured survivor won't trigger it anymore.

Healthy to Deep Wounds would count.
Also think injured to Deep Wounds would count as well.
Just not Deep Wounds on Deep Wounds.

Deep Wounds counts as an injury as far as in-game description and treatment behaves, though if it applies on hit or on mending completion will be interesting to see

Well if you were to do that and it blocked the pallets, they could just hold W because of your fatigue. I think this would be better since it's more likely they will stun you out of your power.

The change means I'm less likely to run it on trickster but more likely to run it on plague
Imagine a survivor's infection meter hitting max just as the poor bastard reaches a pallet. Or hitting them with corrupt then charging after them to do it again without having to worry about being stunned out of your power.

Yes, sometimes.
For example if you find a survivor you haven't hooked before and there is a survivor on dead hook somewhere then it's generally better to FF the first one regardless of their injure state
FF gives information, stall and injure. In some situations the stall and information is enough.
It depends a lot on the situation but never using FF against injured peeps would be like only using Billy's chainsaw to down and never to traverse the map.
You are just not utilizing all of your power at that point.

I think it will work, since in most cases deep wounds count as a health state. Adrenaline heals deep wounds, second wind heals deep wounds.

Could be interesting if a survivor gets sick and broken at the right time against Plague.

On a side note it now triggering from the survivors location is also pretty interresting.
Imagine getting hit with a hatchet in a corner of the map and the only unblocked pallets are through the huntress skipping your way
