Depending on how you answer your questions you might not get that. So I don't think they're hinting at anything because I got one about the Doctor.

Do they seriously need surveys to understand that everybody hates the Billy nerf? It was among the dumbest things BHVR ever done in this game.
The little buffs they gave him in the next patch do next to nothing because it doesn't change why his reworked add-ons are trash in the first place.
You have a killer that's free with the game and despite that nobody plays him anymore; what more evidence you want that people DON'T like playing Billy these days.

Oh my god... I did not get this survey question. I would've checked most of those boxes. Fingers crossed they un-murder him. Would be a net gain for the entire playerbase if a fun killer is back in the meta again

Read the comments before posting bait please. Overheat my friend that's the thing every billy players hates. Overheat could have been a real simple addition to his kit copy and paste leatherface's mechanic of holding the saw without use build up the overheat meter. The minute you drop your saw it goes down to 0, instead they made it something you built up for just using the power. I guarantee you if they ripped out the overheat we would see so many more hillbillies. But someone is obstinate in keeping the mechanic and until the day we see it removed from his kit billy will always be a frustrating killer to play.

Im pretty sure people didnt stop playing billy just because they removed insta saw. Its the whole over heat mechanic and how "you're overusing your power" when you used to to down someone go like not even that for to a gen then overheat an out positioned survivor which is the problem

There were two surveys
Survey 1 was about guilds. The other survey was about RPD and Killers.
I think I just wrote removed insta saw. I find it funny they're weakening Oni Top Knot, They do not realize how much certain killers depend on specific add-on to be effective. Keep up, Oni and Billy will join same boat.

I hope they take his addons out of the control of the survivors.
The changes coming with the mid patch, I’m excited for them because it’s definitely a step in the right direction.
Just wish for a few more adjustments to addons. He’s so very close.
