I feel like Mikaela is going to be a very popular survivor and Behaviour knows it.
Her also releasing with pretty strong and unique perks.
There is also a leak that says she will come with 10 new skins. Most of them recolors but still.
She also does not feel like a skin like the other survivors.

Aside from it being leaked info - new original Characters are usually released with a lot of Cosmetics and Recolors. So this is nothing surprising or does not really make her unique.

"She's a witch" okay, not really, she makes scented bathsoaps, but she also recycles the dead dad thing from DBD lore and sans perks brings nothing to the game from a skin or lore perspective except the Entity apparently giving a ######### about Halloween plays.

I'm going to get her just for the perks. When I heard the survivor was going to be a witch I was hoping for the first old female survivor, instead we just get another pretty girl in her 20~30s that seems to have come out of 2013 Tumblr.

She's from Hoegwarts, but when she's living a regular life she likes to use tumblr ( she's old school like that) while sipping from her vanilla bean Frappuccino from Starbucks.
Lately she's been flirting with the idea of starting an oni's fans because witchcraft doesn't pay the bills. So that explains why she's getting a dozen outfits so soon, she'll need the variety.
Honestly, I'm excited for her and can't wait to use her new boon stuff.
