Cheating is out of control
First game as killer today and survivors instantly breaking totems and instantly healing themselves. This is every day now and getting worse at an exponential rate and absolutely nothing being done about it. Even as survivor I'm constantly paired with survivors holding the game hostage and putting on fireworks, instantly healing themselves, etc. Trolling the killer with their cheats.
I quit the game for now. Get your act together on this BHVR. At least remove your DC penalty until this is fixed because the game is in an unplayable state when 1 out of 4 matches has a cheater.

This is not like you. 😧 Maybe if it was the killer cheating I could understand but survivors? Idk how to take this and need to lie down.
Also cheating needs attention.

YES, I’m glad someone else said it. As of today I quit DBD until this is acknowledged by the devs. I just want some kind of response from them.

The lack of cheating being mentioned in the Q&A does is probably not a good sign..

If someone was extremely talented with coding and familiar with anti-cheat software programming then they could create a system to constantly analyze and detect abnormalities in real-time and player kicks could happen immediately. Every perk and scenario would have to be taken into account to prevent mistaking something legitimately possible like a SWF with full heal build vs For the People vs a cheat from an external source.. the exit gate being opened honestly by the killer vs a cheating survivor. Somehow able to track things like time taken to traverse the map. Sprint burst or taking a hit and going 150% vs a cheat.. a program would have to be able determine if recovery from exhaustion was possible, if speeds were increased without being hit etc etc. At the same time analyzing data of the killer.. did they speed up from bloodlust, did devour hope just give them extra speed, are they using a program to remove in-game audio such as chase music, altering colour intensity.. the program would have to detect if auras are being shown from something like Bbq when they aren’t using bbq but take into account that at that same moment someone had Object of Obsession proc and so on…
Is it doable, yes.. the very basics certainly. If someone created the perfect program though.. would BHVR be willing to purchase it.

I hate that cheat where they hook themselves where they want so you cant go anywhere. Try to go to another room, survivor is suddenly on a hook at the enterance and you have to run to the corridor, and there is the survivor going up to a hook again and you can't go past it. They can hook themselves anywhere just to block your way. I had two games of that in just a couple of days.

Well, this is not what I expected when I came in here. Color me surprised!
I actually agree. I had a cheating Ghostface who instantly exposed everyone and always knew where I was. He gave himself away when he said he saw me healing behind a wall with BBQ even though I run Inner Strength and was in a locker before he picked up my teammate. I really hope the devs plan to rewrite the game from the ground up and include better anti-cheat into the core of the game.

its actually EAC's fault,
If BHVR can change anti cheat, i don't know what alternative they could get since battleeye is terrible now. Hackers found a way to stay 5 steps ahead of the anti cheats.

They know. Sadly many of us know more. That worries me as well.
