absolutely agree because there are so many idiotic killer and survivors here that it's almost shocking hearing half of the ######### they say and suggest to change for their own wishes instead of the games balancing system

What do you expect when the game has two sides that deal with different issues and play 100% differently. That also doesn't account for all the people that only play one side of the game so they don't understand what the other side deals with. So they just think people that play the other side are the worst thing ever, or that the other side is OP and on and on. If more people took the time to play each side so they could get a view of what the whole game experience is, a lot more people would complain less and have a lot more compassion. Until then, expect people continue complaining about things that are not true and for people to continue to treat others terribly.

i usually don't tbag. but when you have a blackward with 2 ultra rares. + Bw AND tried to get endgame kills and fail. then a tbag is needed,

As a casual player, you arent understanding why Survivor meta is what it is.
Is because those meta perks are so powerful, across 4 players Survivors (16 perks) vs 1 killer (4perks).
Thus the gradient is, that Killers are the ones that have to select certain meta perks and playstyles, to counter a mix of 16 slots of meta perks in Survivors.
Hands down, this restricts Killer perk selection WAAAY more than it does Survivor perks.
So its thr potency of Survivor perks in 16 slots, that are making meta stale, vs 4 slots for one Killer.
For example, if you dont slot BT, chances are, someone else has, and thus "cover" your selection of another perk.
But for Killers, they dont have any redundancy, just the 4 perks they themselves bring into the Trial.
Do you see?

I agree massively. I've gotten to the point where I don't give my opinions on certain things because I don't want to get attacked by a certain side.
Deathslinger changes had people going mad and I just thought "I couldn't be assed with this" and just kept quiet.

I don't post all that often, but i've been a lurker on these forums for years including before I made an account. I can definitely say i've noticed a decrease in quality on these forums to put it nicely. I can even roughly date when I took notice, it that was around the time of the Resident Evil ptb/release.
I would say to do what I try to still do, which is to remember the names of certain members and skip over their posts anytime you saw them. Can't really do that anymore, too much effort now as there are now too many to keep track of. I would like to clarify that i'm talking about the ones who clearly can't have a civil and mature discussion. The ones who are too far gone, too far up the rear of whatever side they main to ever give the other side the light of day.

Yup the survivor vs killer mentality gets out of hand often.
I'm personally enjoying the game a lot at the moment again, but it isn't the most varied game, so I also need to take some breaks from this game time and time again.
But the new patch is also definitely looking interesting, perhaps adding a few new perks to the meta. I really hope they continue with these updtes because it would certainly help make this game feel stale less frequently.

He went out of his way to win, but either got really unlucky or matched up against a group much better than him, who smashed him into the dirt.
So again - why not just leave, and type something like 'ouch, bad luck man' in the post-game? That would have defused the situation. What you did made it so much worse.

I even tried to offer help to the guy. yet still goes on about me being buried 6 feet into the ground. which would make him happy Fyi...

Preach but other than that there is actually nothing you can do.
If you played multiplayer games long enough you know how people are. Heck even irl things are ridiculous with all the things people are divided by.
It won't get better but you can surround yourself with like minded people sometimes when you seek peace. Some video games can be fun with friends only and really help you feeling good.

Hah. Okay, watched the game. I'm actually way less sympathetic to you now. That was...difficult to listen to (let's get real here, this isn't 'SWF being SWF' - you guys are jerks, and clearly proud of it).
First, you went out of your way to teabag him after a rough game. Just...don't do that. It's a really disrespectful, unsportsmanlike thing to do. A bad winner is a hundred times worse than a bad loser.
He was evidently frustrated in post-game. I'd have been frustrated too, he was clearly outclassed and you guys obviously knew that.
Note his perks, probably not an experienced Freddy (or potentially someone trying for an achievement - although watching the game, I think he's just a lot lower MMR than you chaps). I personally run into this all the time at my mediocre MMR - full TTV premades who are clearly slumming it for easy wins on stream, usually by bringing someone who has smurfed their MMR down substantially to lower the average.
Now, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here, and assume that this was just the MMR system crapping out and putting you up against someone that you shouldn't have been (or someone trying to do a very difficult achievement, quite possibly both), not you guys deliberately smurfing. Still though, you clearly picked up on the skill difference during the game (you were constantly talking about how bad he was).
You should have anticipated that he'd had a really rough time of it.

However, it didn't end there. After he responded, you began egging him on, saying that you were 'toxic' because he brought a black ward. Why would this justify you being toxic?

You never know when people bring black wards to save items, or to use it to save The Bs items. I.E One shot clown. one shot huntress. double recharge Nurse. Etc.. and killers have been using it more against me cause im a "Streamer" so that special treatment crap is annoyin' so to say..

Yet you watched only One game of us... If you watched maybe just Alil bit of said games with us, and see that we're getting these killers and whatnot. truth be told.. Nicer than that, we've given killers kills / hook states before. but since we saw a black ward, We started trying due to that, (I'm not saying either side was right. both were wrong in the first place)
Now you can still hate me all you want, but my point stands. i still want to try and make amends with that killer Reguardless...
Idc if he was a killer main or a survivor main, Still human in the end.. and this game.. Not gunna lie.. it sparks bad anger in us all and makes us toxic one way or another...

Okay, I'm not sure how to break quotes up like that, so I'll go point by point, in a loosely descending order, as I'm not sure you're understanding me here. That said, you do seem somewhat willing to listen, so I'll take the time to respond properly.
- Your good behavior elsewhere does not excuse your terrible behavior in that game. There is no such thing as a 'jerk pass'. If I'd been asked to moderate this incident, you'd both be looking at a ban.
- 'I'm just doing a bit' isn't really an excuse either, especially when it splashes over into the game. He had no way of knowing this. All he saw was a likely smurf premade being BM as hell.
- The 'heel' persona thing is played out anyway, the days of FirebatHero, Destiny, HotshotGG and co. are mostly long gone. Now it's about being funny, engaging, informative, friendly - and above all, skilled and innovative. You are free to continue trying this route, but - from someone who's had modest success on YouTube (albeit in politics, not gaming) - there is a fine line between being amusingly puckish, and being a gigantic butt.
- If you don't want people yelling at you in postgame, keep it entirely on stream. Or better yet, manner up. Trust me, your audience will respect you all the more for it.
- (This is entirely besides the point) - MMR/SBMM is miles better than what we had before. I mostly get pretty even games, and the only games where I don't are either a 'there is basically nobody else playing at 3am on a Tuesday' or 'yeah, this is a .TTV premade that smurfed down their MMR' situation. That said, we aren't talking about MMR here. You noticed the difference in skill immediately, kept talking about how bad he was on stream, and then teabagged him when you beat him. That's the issue at hand. Your own behavior is what set him off.

The thing about Mmr is. Like i mentioned. on technically Main accounts, never purposely try to die / throw games unless we're doing something for fun or just don't wanna do gens, should be facing sweat killers. and We don't. We rarely get those matches. like 9 times outta 10 we get the variety that isn't Nurse Spirit or Blights.. (god i wish i was facing these more)

I've said many times (Not on forums) on my stream that i am FAR from perfect. and i want to try and improve myself but to a point, i still have my own issues and behavior i work on daily (dbd still don't help this..)

Now to wrap it up. What i did was wrong? Hell yes. Name and shame rule is abit iffy here on the forums as it stands, so i can't blur out names on stream.. nor in Vods for that matter. Did we trigger him? Perhaps. Did we insult him? Yeah and i felt like a PoS 'bout it, Like i said above one of these quotes. i ain't perfect nor Faaar from it, If the guy was ever on the forums. i'd want to still apologize to him for what i did and how i acted, i only kept the Highlight, Not for name and Shaming purpose. But to show that even a streamer is not the Victim in all this,
Now i do say... People can hate me all they want, or don't.. i don't wanna force people to do something they don't like, and i'd prefer if we had this more of a convo in private.. as it does get alil personal..
