Asking for the source, not looking for it. I could waste an entire day, not find anything, and the person who actually made the claim and actually has the burden of proof would just say "well, you obviously didn't look hard enough!"

You know, even thou I do not care mutch about this NFT stuff and think that this entire "offer" is a scam, I greatly enjoy the insight you provide about communication and the effect it has for companies. Thank you very much.

So let me ask you of you would be cool with behavior not responding all weekend or addressing an issue if it was something that was a bigger deal? What if all the servers went down and no one could play the game for an entire holiday weekend, would that warrant a response? How about if they were hacked and personal/account information of users was leaked? Or if behaviors own social media accounts were hacked and spreading false information.
If you think they would have to address more serious issues like this, then you agree that any reasonable company should have someone monitoring their systems, social networks, etc... in order to assure that they can respond to serious situations. Now you can argue this scam is not serious enough to warrant a response, and if that is the argument you want to make then make it, but to argue they have no responsibility cause it is the weekend is just holding them to a standard that no legitimate company would find acceptable.

The difference here being that this isn't their fault and doesn't impact the game. If the servers were down, that would be something that could be their fault, or, at the very least, does impact the game.

I wanted to throw something out there. Everyone reads their roadmap and thinks that the Chatterer skin is included... in Dead by Daylight. A lot of assumptions are being made when reading the verbiage, but it mentions nowhere that the Chatterer skin is only in DBD. My guess is, they're going to add The Chatterer as another NFT you can own, along with Butterball. The only line that references DBD is "...Legendary NFTs that include access to in-game Hellraiser content in the hit video game Dead by Daylight for PC!"
Another point is, if you look at the Lament Configuration point, it says you'll be getting a "bonus NFT" of the Configuration itself.
I think people are reading into their verbiage (not unfairly, it's worded terribly) something that isn't ultimately there.
Edit - even the heading for the DBD part is only under Pinhead. It doesn't even say you'll get the Chatterer skin in Dead by Daylight. It's for those "who own the box". What box? The NFT itself is a Pinhead NFT, it's not of the Lament Configuration.
