Progress Reset. FIX THIS ASAP

My whole progress reset from yesterday. I had Nurse on lvl 21 and she went back to 16 today. Now I had to close the DBD proccess (stuck on loading screen when "found" the lobby), before that I had leveled up Nurse to lvl 26 and now she is back to 16. What is the point of getting 2x bps if I lose the progress anyway?
The only thing that saves is my rank. But I don't care about rank, I'm playing to get that 2x bps now...
