If Steam gave you the opportunity to refund the game, would you take it?
I would.

I had the game on Gamepass and I want a refund.

Seeing how dbd is going, yes I would. (Sorry lmao)
0 -
Yes.
But only the Hellraiser things.

Plus all the DLCs and Auric Cells I bought over 3 years? I want to say yes because That would be a LOT, but I have invested too much damn time (4.2k hrs) in this game to simply let it go.
Shame on me.

I second this.

In a heartbeat

I got the game for free with PS+ and I want a refund
0 -
Gladly but i will miss this game.
0 -
No.
Why? Because I enjoyed my almost 2k hours. I'm not afraid to admit that. And I will still play the game, since BHVR is not the one actively creating these NFT's. They had to along with this for the sake of Hellraiser.
I will most definitely be significantly more careful with my future purchases, though.
4 -
Honestly I probably will.

I do not even mind the nft thing, i mean they are dumb but people do dumb damaging things all the time. I am annoyed they seemed to try to hide it or lie about it with their initial comments on the matter. They really seem to give 0 ######### about their players at this point.
0 -
Me too. My playtime is double. Sadly I already bought my Auric Cells yesterday. This will be a lesson for the future.

In a weird way, I'm kinda used to that. It's ultimately about the product for me. It would most definitely have stopped me from buying the game in the first place, but I'm way too far in to back out now.
Is that healthy? Perhaps not. Quite frankly, I don't really care.
2 -
I mean I agree with you. I have largely stopped playing due to not having as much fun anymore with all the performance issues, but what these recent buggy patches and everything else have told me is just to not buy anything from them. I own every dlc... Except the pinhead dlc which I refuse to buy, even though I like the killer, until the game is in a proper state. Which at this point I am figuring it might never be.
1 -
Honestly? No, I would not.
Old DBD will always be my favorite game, and even if the current state is atrocious...I refuse to simply get rid of the game.
0 -
Yes but only if they refund the dlc too
0 -
Actually, go and open a refund ticket.
mention that the game breaks point 13 of the steam guildelines: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/gettingstarted/onboarding?l=english#5
If a lot of people ask for a refund/information on a refund now, valve might likely react faster.
0 -
No.
0 -
I technically don’t own it anyway since I use gamepass
0 -
How much money will I have in my steam account if that happens, I would have like 100 games or maybe more.
0 -
No,
I enjoy the game, its a ######### situation but Im not gonna simply let it go in a heartbeat
1 -
I would on my main account.
But refunds wouldnt be available anyway. They would remove it to buy, but will still be in the library.
0 -
No, then I'd have to buy it again to keep playing it. And I want to keep playing it.
0 -
No but i'd like to have back the money from pinhead dlc and chatterer skin
0 -
Without a doubt
0 -
Yes
Hell I also want my time back lol
4 -
In a heartbeat i'd want my money back... ngl,
0 -
No. I've gotten my money's worth 10 times over, easy. Granted, best years were 2016-2017, it's still good and I continue to find fun in it. If I didn't, I wouldn't still be here on the forums.
0 -
Ask for a refund for something I have already used and is still fully functional? Of course not.
0 -
Not the game itself, but I've already put in a request to refund the Hellraiser chapter.
Probably won't get anything from it, but I figure it's worth trying regardless.
0 -
Yes.
Even though I have enjoyed the game, betrayal of trust like this is waaaay over the line. If I had an incredibly fufilling real-life relationship, but it ended in me getting stabbed, memories of good times would not in any way halt my decision to get a restraining order.
0 -
Yes, I would. NFTs are a hard no from me.
0 -
Yep - I'd refund all my purchases on DBD - Base game - DLC - Everything.
Yes - Purely over the NFT situation.
2 -
Yes. I would like to see how bhvr copes with this situation, but I don't want to be in the middle of it.
2 -
So here's the thing. I'm not on steam but I want a refund. Want to know why? Because my friend got me this game for a Christmas present with his ######### MONEY
