Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

So if the game gets taken off of steam.

Will we be able to get the money back for the game and DLCs we have purchased?

I feel like it's a dumb question and I think it is a no but I am just curious because of the circumstances.

It is doubtful unless perhaps you purchased something really close to the removal and they would reimburse you as a sign of good faith. It would likely depend on what type of representative you are speaking to.

Like, you know when you ask for extra Sweet and Sour sauce and you get some of those people who reluctantly give you one extra packet as though McDonald's is their adoptive parent, and then others dump like the entire reserve in there for you. They are homies, but what am I going to do with 30 Sweet and Sour packages?

I don't think so. According to steam rules u played more than 2 hours and I don't see any way they accept refund.

Steam will not take the game away from you and is also not going to remove it from your content. As far as I know Steam offers you a lifelong right to the games you bought on their site including all DLCs and even if the game gets removed unless that very game contains illegal content.

As such the question would be: Why should you get your money back? You still have the game, you can still play it and nothing gets taken away from you.

I could be wrong about some of this but as far as I remember this is Steams policy.

The 2 hour limit is for 'no questions asked' refunds.

If you've played more than 2 hours, refunds are arbitrated, I think.
