Bloodweb Rework Idea
Instead of a Bloodweb we should have a Bloodpoint store. They could have Carl the Cashier front and center. Instead of bogus random stuff, instead separate it by aisles. Perks, Offerings, Items, Add-ons would each have their own aisle. And leveling up your character could be once you earn a point threshold instead or a certain number of items purchased.

If there is a restriction in how much you can buy from the same rarity per 100k BP I am fine with that.
What do I mean with that? That you can't buy 20 ultra rares at once for one character. That you can't just buy 20 green medkits, but 5 green flashlights, 5 maps, 5 toolboxes and 5 medkits on the same character.

5 green flashlights/maps/toolboxes/medkits are still the equivalent of 20 green medkits
and rarity is a pointless metric because there's brown meme-tier iri addons yet ungodly powerful greens

Point is, that 20 medkits are WAY stronger than 5 items of everything.

as much as i appreciate my greens a yellow with a bandage addon (or purple of course) is substantially better generally, but i'd easily take (green) 10 broken keys and 10 flashlights over 20 medkits given the ratio i get addons for keys, and commodius is in the green category too, much as i dislike toolboxes in general (would be nicer if they were sabo/messing with the environment rather than genrush)
green map completely serviceable as well long as have crystal bead.. if only there was a perk that i could use to dig up green non-medkits
or crystal beads
