Hillbilly's FOV zooms in during window vaults

During Hillbilly's window vault, the camera zooms in intensely and hides the first person vault animation.
Steps to reproduce: Find any window as The Hillbilly, and vault it. Occurs every time, seemingly every map.

same thing with myers, it probably for all killers

Also happens with Huntress and Trapper from what i've seen after playing some more. Doesn't happen on Nemesis, Blight, and Plague. Seems like a lot of the older killers are getting this, if not specifically the older killers then the ones with the default vault animation.
