Turn off your buggy maps or your buggy totems, BHVR.

Every map with a shack has uncleasable totems so the only map that has no uncleasable totems afaik is haddonfield

Many of them can, but somehow you have to face directly to totem to able to cleanse, it can waste you a few sec to adjust to that little angle.
