I was opening the gate and thought the spots on her face were heavy freckles; turns out it's her whole facial and torso mapping visible.
Edit: Played as Ace; same issue with him.

Same issue (Xbox Series X). Seems to be happening to the ghost face mask aswell

All survivors for me to on series x, worse on some than others, also they have no eyeballs. They look like some kind of demons sometimes, this screenshot may not be good enough but is happening for me to.
