Are the devs allowed to make Creepypastas as killers?

I asked this cause I really want Slenderman or any other creepypasta in the game so is it allowed or no?

That depends...
Creepypastas are licensed by their creators, so BHVR would have to buy the license to use the characters in-game. This is what happened with all the movie characters we have in the game. So it all depends on if BHVR even tries to get a hold of the licenses.5
