[PC] Patch 21.5 FPS Drops

I always play on lowest settings to be fair, but after this patch my game has been getting incredible FPS drops making it almost unplayable for me. Active boon totems exacerbate the issue, but even in a lobby with no boons, I still get crazy stuttering. Since the patch I've also had an issue with some textures not loading properly/delaying to load, which I've never had before.

    I experience the exact same issues. I play on PC/Steam

    Example of texture issue. The ambulance would eventually load the texture in, but if I pan away and come back, it looks like this again.
