lol.... this is just some bullshit ... -__-

Lmao.

'Muricans pay around $100(+tax) for the same thing. I can't answer why, but my guess is, 2660RUB has different (likely less) buying power than $100 in the US. I could be wrong on that, though, it's just speculation.

Regional pricing is set per Country, which is pretty standard for all game (including on Steam). It's pretty standard online practice to bring different regions in line with others.
3 -
It's not buying power, it's made on average salary. That's why EU/US sucks when it comes to games. In EU i can buy 1-2 games for 60€ and in Russia up to 10-15 for same money. Yeah, there are games that are close to same price but it's mostly exceptions.

Can someone circumvent this by changing their region?

They can't now since the recent change because they need a payment method in that region - so it has to have a registered address/credit card etc.
It used to be done a lot (which is against all platforms ToS - I believe it's all platforms anyway, I am certain it's against Steam's ToS so pretty sure it's the same for others as well).

ok but this does not explain why i have to pay 4 the price for the same thing they pay for a super less price ???
i just really feel like i got ripped off by BHVR right now ... and i actually dont even feel on buying bigger packs no more once i found out from a friend of mine about these price differences ...

ok but this does not explain why i have to pay 4 time for the same thing they pay for for a pretty low insane price ???
i just really feel like i got ripped off by BHVR and i rly don't feel like buying no more auric cells after finding out about this ...

ok but still it does not explain why i have to pay 4 times the price for the same thing they pay for for an insanely low price ???
i just feel like i got ripped off by BHVR and im never gonna buy more auric cells after finding out about this from a friend of mine ... :(

You will probably earn more money compared to someone living in Russia.
Here is something which might explain it:
The Big Mac Index shows how much a Big Mac is worth in different countries. You can use a Big Mac, because it is a standardized product, so every Big Mac will be the same.
As you can see, the difference between Israel (5,35 Dollars) and Russia (1,81 Dollars) is quite huge, around 3 times as much. This is because the general income in Israel is higher than in Russia, so you will find things cheaper in Russia.
E.g. I was in Australia 3 years ago and I was shocked that I had to pay quite a huge amount of money for a Sandwich, a Pepsi and a big bottle of water at a 7-Eleven. When I talked to one of the Australians I met, they told me that their minimum wage was quite high, way higher than Germany. So Australians earn more money, so their things are more expensive. But for me, who was used to German prices, it looked overprized.
And the same is with your ACs. You can basically swap the Big Mac with Auric Cells and you have your answer.

Hang on, my currency (Vietnam) is pretty low already, and the price is 2.86$ for 500 Auric. And Russia has them for 1.86$? Either Russia currency or their standard of living is really low.

but even with all this i don't think they should make us pay 4 times the price for the same thing they can buy way cheaper cuz their income in Russia is low like over here we have people with low income too and people who don't work cuz of covid and in general, people who don't have that amount of cash to buy auric cells at that insanely price soo what makes us different then them like why should we pay insanely prices cuz they have an low income in russia and why should they get cheaper prices and us not ???

Have you ever heard of this crazy concept called inflation?
1 -
no why and whats that ???

That is how the world works
For example, if you go to a McDonald's in Russia and buy a burger, you'll pay less than what you would have paid for the same exact burger in Israel.
If you get employed in Russia, you'll find that your pay is lower than what it would have been in Israel for the same exact job.
Prices in a country are balanced around how much an average person earns per year, be it for a physical good or a virtual one.
It's how the world works
(@Aven_Fallen tried to send you a link that explains that, but apparently either you didn't open it, or you didn't understand it)

@dean1234 please refer to this post, it answers all your questions with regards to regional pricing very well.

Inflation is when the value of your money becomes less and less. Basically you know how people say back in my day that would have only cost a nickel? Well they weren't lying. Back in 1960 you could probably have bought a car for 3,000 dollars. The more money that is in circulation the less it's actually worth so the more you'll have to have. So some currency is just worth more then others. Like 1 U.S. dollar is worth 16 Mexican Pesos.

The reason is economics: Every country has different economies, based off inflation, and deflation. Inflation occurs when you print more money, if you double the amount of money you have minted, that currency loses half its value, as there is more of it. Deflation is the exact opposite.
Some nations (Relative to USD) have little inflation, where you can buy a 100 USD pack for lets say, 75 bucks, meanwhile, in a country like Venezula, with insanely high inflation, a 100 USD transaction would translate to fourty-one million venezualan dollar.
ANYWAY With taxe rates, the salary in those nations, you might find that Russians ultimatly end up with less money, and for every, lets say 100 dollars an American can make, a russian can only make 37, and for every 100 dollars an american makes, an Israli makes 121. If you moved to Russia, you would find almost no difference in scraping the money up to get the necessary money.
Tl;dr its harder in Russia to get 100 USD than it is for an Israli to get 100 USD
I hope this helps!

Inflation: As you print more money, it loses its value, if you double the amount of money in your economy, it loses its value.

My annoyance with the different regional prices is Auric Cells are not a physical product like a Big Mac. With real goods like food, materials and labor are sourced in each country to determine a cost, and demand determines the price point.
With Behaviour Bucks, or any digital media, there is no scarcity or raw inputs involved in their creation. Behavior doesn't hire separate cosmetics designers to make an outfit for players in each country. So I would expect the price to be equal after accounting for currency exchange.
