Kill switched map offerings but still have map in rotation?
So.... like why exactly I'm abit confused?

I have yet to see a bug in any of them though, wasn't kill switches added so they could turn maps off not just offerings?

but you can still go there and abuse the bug so why don't they just disable the maps until this bug is fixed?

Because they chose to flip only the offerings killswitch.

The same happened with Hawkins. We all waited for it to go for good, but they just disabled the offerings. BHVR can't even remove something from the game properly.

Before they added the switch they only were able to disable maps. Since the switch they can disable items of all kinds. So instead of disabling the whole map, they just disable the offering.
It's not very common to get send to the same map that often. (ignoring some special cases) So it's not very attractive to absuse a bug if the chances are 1/30+
