PC - Franklin's Demise drops items when Head On is used

Playing as a survivor I used the Head On perk against the Cenobite who had Franklin's Demise and upon successful use of Head On, it caused me to drop my event medkit with speed booster

Level 1 Spine Chill
Level 1 Decisive Strike
Level 3 Head On
Level 3 Borrorwed Time
