PC - Adrenaline Not Working On Hook

While playing in SWF, I found out that if you get saved from Hook Adrenaline doesn't activate, don't know if this is intended, but You didn't say anything about changing It.

It also doesn't activate if you are down when the last generator is done.

I've had this happen to me three times within the last two days, most recently was in autohaven. I was hooked, then the last gen was fixed and when I was unhooked I didn't fully heal nor did I get any sprint burst either. It still worked when I was injured but not on hook, and there's been other people who were injured but also got adrenaline while not on hook.
