Medkits
So now medkits(common) don't even heal all the way?? That's what just happened, no missed skill checks but it didn't even heal all the way. For so much "fixes " there's constantly issues. This game is krappy. Mmr is absolute ######### as is hit validation. Add the infinite loading screens. Wonder when this game will function properly 🤔?

Healing speed reductions, don't change the charges you aquire.
The only things that could be the case here are: The medkit already lost even 1% of the progress, Killer had either Franklin's or Overwhelming Presence.

o whoops i meant overwhelming ye, guess they're interchangeable in the back of my head as 'those two tr debuffs that never get used'
at any rate i've never run into a 16 charge medkit not healing me without missing a skillcheck so ?

As I said, we don't have the whole context. Maybe they already tapped once before? Maybe they found it on the ground and it was missing that 1%?

It happened to me a lot today! I played for the first time after the chapter release, I was using yellow medkit with Bandages (8 extra charges) and Butterfly Tape (slightly increases healing speed). Fully depleted the medkit and it was not enough for the second heal, like it was 1 charge missing. It happened at least 5 times in different matches.
