PC - no sound when generator pops us

sometimes when generator pops up, I as a killer don't hear the sound which can throw you off guard about current situation, It seems to happen spontaneously, maybe when I'm in chase, or when another sound is being played at the moment
UPD: it seems to happen when a survivor i just hooked screams at the moment of gen pop-up, so i hear the scream but not the gen pop-up. Wrong priorities, game.

Yeah it has happened to me, the visual UI notification is displayed but not the sound
