Honestly dont like this new legion "trend/tech"
Like sure, the first game its something new but going down to frenzy hits which have no counter is just boring.
I'm not one to normally call no counter play on killers, hell I didnt even want spirit nerfed or deathslinger as I know there are things I can do to counter it. However legion frenzy you cant, I dont mind taking the injure but the fact if they double stack addons they can start downing you in a few frenzy hits is stupid.
You cant use pallets/windows as they vault them, you cant heal because you go straight to mending, you cant mend because you're in a chase. You cant even bait pallets as they just catch up on the next loop.
I hope these arent staying, legions needs help but this play is just cheap and meh.

I mean, it's either this playstyle, or Iri Button. Those might be the only good things about Legion.
I wish they would make the stun reduction add-ons base-kit, it's longer than Wraith's uncloak I feel like.

Legion eats the longest stun in the game for using his power, other than Victor.
His stun is an entire second longer than Nurse's.

Wait till you play against one running Bamboozle, Blood Favor, and Undying. Very interactive gameplay.

Seems like most people arent even grasping the issue with these addons...
It's cheap, non interactive for either side. I'm all for buffing killers and making them strong, like I said no issues with spirit before the nerf but going down to frenzy with 0 counter play at all is not gameplay.

Doesn't change the fact that Legion is still awful and that BHVR seemingly doesn't understand that just because a Killer is OP in X scenario doesn't mean they need to be gutted.

Feral Frenzy should never have lethality because it has zero counterplay. I agree they should just rework Frank’s Mixtape.

You should ask yourself the right questions. Is it a Legion problem or is it a problem about you ?

Otz uploads a video and then people talk about it.
That said i do want those addons reworked. Even if it isn't a "shoot yourself in the foot" addon combination anymore. It's still bad.
Both effectiveness and gameplay wise

To all of those saying the OP is complaining about the one of the weaker killers in the game...
Yeah, they are but Legion got stealth buffed in the last patch and Stab Wounds Study got buffed from taking away 3 seconds to 5 seconds.
This made Frank's Mix Tape + Stab Wounds Study much more viable than it was so people are trying it out. The gameplay those two addons together create is the exact reason that Old Legion got reworked in the first place. There actually isn't anything you can do about a Killer who's 1.2 m/s faster than you, and can vault windows and pallets just as fast as you. The only thing you can hope for is them messing up and feeding you a pallet stun.
Also if they nerf Legion in general and don't just renerf the addon to deal with this, I will be annoyed.

I've encountered it multiple times since the patch and was hoping not more attention would be drawn to it, but since Otz made his dumb video I've faced it like every other 3 games. Incredible boring games.

You need to actually play killer and also play legion to figure it out. most people on here do neither so were blissfully unaware until OTZ told them.

He's on the short list for an update/rework so those add-ons will hopefully be changed to something completely different. Not sure why they decided to bring back Old Legion though. It's still a very weak style of gameplay but I understand why survivors don't find it fun.

you really are complaining when you don't comprehend the analogy huh.
the annoyance of bamboozle and blood favour is that you get outplayed with no skill, i.e. killer vaults a window and/or hits you (in this case, legion hits you with an uncounterable power that takes no skill) to activate blood favour and you have no resources nearby to use. such skill right?
Lithe you gain a nice amount of distance and (partially) reset chase because you vaulted a window. It's just as skill-less as bamboozle / blood favour.

Keep in mind it takes 10 million years to down survivors with Frenzy. It's still a meme, but it's also a lot more efficient than before.

ever since a few tomes ago that i think involved using lithe, it's become used increasingly more in my experience to the point where i see it significantly more than any other exhaustion perk except dead hard

Why are people calling this 'good'? I don't get it.
Like yeah you'll down them eventually but doesn't it take like 3/4 frenzy hits, which will carry a 20 second cooldown and the fatigue every time meaning you'll be waiting 60/80 seconds at minimum to do this? If every chase with a survivor lasts 60/80-ish seconds that's hilarious
I'm not saying I like it, I don't but Legion's main strength is about saving time having to injure people normally in chase so why would you pick a playstyle that actively wastes your time a lot more

Honestly being undetectable untill the first hit wouldn't be so bad.
Like when you press m2 you are undetectable and when you hit you regain your terror radius and killer instinct.

You aren't going to be using Frenzy to down people. You're using it to injure and subsequently activate Blood Favour. The cooldown without add ons is like five seconds for Feral Frenzy.
Blood Favour has no cool down anymore. It simply re-activates upon injure health state of a survivor
The "cool down" you are referring to is in regards to how long the pallets are unable to be used, not how long until the perk can work again.
This build isn't wasting your time at all. It seems like you don't play Legion much, if at all.

OP is talking about people using Stab Wounds Study + Franks Mixtape to down people with Feral Frenzy hits. OP didn't really say anything about Blood Favour so either you're referring to a diff post on this thread or you're on the wrong thread

I dont like when someone calls an issue and suggests no alternative solutions. Espicially when its a killer who is often near the bottom of every killer tier list.
Yes you can voice your concerns but at least suggest changes that actually helps the killer in your opening statement. Its poor form to punch down.
For example reduced stun time baseline. Gains a stacking haste effect (5% ms increase) that stack up to 4 times for each feral frenzy hit. Lasts for 30 seconds.

Honestly dont even know why I bother with the forums anyway lol most people dont even read the full post, like I haven't even bothered replying to most comments as they think I want legion nerfed which isnt the case.
I want legion buffed just not to verse these uncounterable addon. If rather verse old spirit than this and I dont even use iron will.
Could easily name a bunch of buffs for every killer, feel I'm one of the few survivors that want harder killers and no killer to be bad.

Each hit removes an extra 2seconds or something. People also dont understand your timer goes down if you do an action. I'm just saying its S*** to go down to something you cant do anything about...
Just not fun, I'm pretty fair and like a challenge hense why old spirit didnt bother me. This just has 0 counter play. Nothing you do, or read you make can help you.
You will 100% go down, no matter how good you are or bad the killer is

I have a good feeling that they are going to change the add on once they go over the Ghost Face/ Legion update, which means, we have to deal with this situation for now and I don't think the devs will resorv it on the next hot fix/chapter. I might be wrong thou.

I have not used my Legion in a few weeks. Can someone explain to me how this works. Can't you only hit the same survivor twice before you power cancels? So what this about frenzy downing?
One add-on makes DW 15 seconds.
Other add-on removes 5 seconds with a hit meaning you have to hit a survivor 3 times with frenzy.....That I get but you can't hit them 3 times can you?

It's exactly what it sounds like
You run those 2 addons and when you're chasing a survivor if you can't catch them normally then you just brute force it by hitting them with frenzy over and over. You still have to wait through the fatigue + 20 second cooldown though.
People are also running it in conjunction with chase perks like Endu/Spirit Fury and stuff like that. If you hit them enough times with FF they will go down because the timer will hit 0 but it takes a while to do this if the survivors playing decent

Plenty of counterplay to Legion: Knock a pallet into legion to stop the frenzy. You have to learn how to feint and immediately turn around to drop the pallet. Vaults don't work and there's a limited number of pallets, so your team better be doing gens. It's kinda similar to cannibal, except windows and upright pallets swap their usefulness. The window is dead useless for vaulting and the upright pallet is the safety.
You could try faking a window vault, but the actual vault is useless.

So instead of spreading pressure.....You then have to hit the same one twice, wait for 4 sec fatigue, then wait for you power to charge, but that just a backup plan in case you can't secure the down due to pallets (lots of them), DH, crazy tiles, etc sounds fair to me.

Not only is it boring, but if you're good at playing basic M1 killer you can probably down them a lot faster unless it's like the game or cowshed.

That's why I said it sounds fair. If they couldn't get the down before frenzy comes back then either they are really bad or the map layout was just to strong not necessarily survivor skill. Some layout are just so godly a monkey can take up 30 plus seconds of time in chase.
I personally like frenzy duration, fatigue decrease but have not played them since changes so not clear on what I like now.

Like because I have an issue with something that has actual 0 counterplay I somehow want everything nerfed, like by all means buff legion but not by making getting hit uncounterable.
